October 2021 - Stories from My Personal Archives

I'm participating in the annual "Countdown to Halloween" Blog-o-Thon again this year.  Click the badge above to peruse the 2021 participants.

This is going to be a smaller Halloween season for me this year.  Smaller in that I won't be going out as much... I won't be traveling... I won't be buying as many things... and I'm living in a new area.  But I WILL be writing.  And I WILL be celebrating the Halloween season.

SO— this year, as a guideline, I’m using a quote that my grandmother used to say all the time:  “Use what you have and you’ll never want.”

A lot of this year's posts will be from my personal archives.  Stories that have NEVER been told.  The stipulation for their inclusion in the posts is that they all must relate to Halloween in some way.
I’m going into the files, finding and scanning the pics, and telling the tales.

So come along on this little personal journey with me.  There’s a lot you’ll find interesting.
Gather ‘round the campfire and listen to a few stories.
There’s always time enough for one more story.
One more story before Midnight.
Just to keep us warm...
